These are a beautiful pair of 1940’s skis hardwood which are complete and in very good condition. The wood was not restored as its worn state shows so much history of being used. These are great examples of early-made skis. This is a rare collectible pair of true vintage skis from a German family.

The prototype of the Kandahar bindings, the ones, was developed by two brothers, Swiss Guido and Henryk Reuge in 1927. In 1932, this solution was patented as suitable for downhill and slalom, telemark, touring, cross-country, and jumping.
